Finding ways to feed my family that are tasty, nutritious, and that they are willing to consume can be difficult.  All of the recipes found here are tested and approved (not necessarily by my children, after all, salami cannot be the main ingredient in every dish).

At our house, we have some food allergies to consider; many of the recipes here are dairy-free.

Foods that are low-calorie but packed with flavor are my favorite to make; many of the recipes are less than 300 calories per serving.  All recipes that are marked Low-Calorie are 300 calories or less per serving.
